IMAGES OF A QUICK VISIT TO COPENHAGEN, SKAGEN AND OSLO…

We recently had a week’s cruise visiting Copenhagen and Skagen in Denmark, plus Oslo in Norway. Each stop left me with some beautiful images that I wanted to share on this blog.

From the famous Little Mermaid to the mass of cyclists and the massive amount of wind farms across the bay, it was all a beauty I will remember well in Copenhagen.

Skagen was pretty and lots of yellow houses and white windows with trendy restaurants and interior gifts to buy. Although very expensive it was well worth visiting.

Oslo to me was the icing on the cake and although a rather damp and dull day it did not dampen the visit. Looking quite autumnal with lots of leaves on the floor and rugs on chairs it. With trolls so famous in the area and in most shop windows, it brought back memories of younger years. The journey from the harbour out to see was absolutely beautiful with little islands and painted houses which seemed to go on forever.

We loved our visit to Denmark and Norway and I hope to return again soon.

I set up Crafted By B Studio after retiring from writing a blog for over 10 years on chronic pain. As a chronic pain sufferer myself I had always used art as a way to relax and take me away from my pain and stumbled upon paint by numbers by fluke. I was hooked from day one and went into custom paint by numbers as I progressed with my others. Over the past 3 years I have completed over 20 pieces and also made some of my own unique pieces. I am happy to help anyone who might like a custom picture made into a piece of beautiful art using this type of technology. I am also interested in lots of different types of crafts which I enjoy with my 4 grandchildren so my site will have lots of links and posts on mixed crafts and arts.
