As most of you will know I’ve been without my laptop for over a fortnight now and the computer I was using was very very slow so I ended up with a lot of time on my hands.
It’s now fixed (thank goodness) and so I could download some photos I took of some handmade crafts I have done while waiting for my computer to come back.
The first two photos above are a knitted cover for my iphone (the burgundy colour) and a knitted cover for my kindle. If anyone wants the pattern which I put together myself just message me and I will send it onto you.

The pictures above and below are of some more cards I’ve made. The black and white ones are made from self adhesive wallpaper boarder paper which I had left over.
The ones with the matching wrapping paper (below) are made from cutting the paper to fit a blank card and then using the gift tag to make it look a bit more personalised.

Comments on them all would be appreciated.

the cards that match the wrap look really professional. I love them all, really like the knitted items. I can’t knit so they amaze me. Well done x

Thanks bda, my son liked the ones with the wrapping the most as well. Still can’t put anything onto my muse blog as its been blocked due to spam so waiting patiently for them to unblock it as I had some brilliant snow pictures. It’s great to have my laptop back 🙂

Great to see your time wasn’t wasted – I’ve had pen and paper as my companion in the periods when I haven’t been able to sit at the pc for long – plus I replayed the redundant games on my mobile – something I could easily do settled in bed!

I must admit, I do play the games on the phone but its usually when I’m having trouble sleeping as I can play them without putting the light on. Hope your still improving :)x

This is brilliant! Do you sell this stuff online? Seriously, with this kind of creativeness you can post it online and earn extra money. I have also many ideas for making homemade crafts, but no success at selling online.

I needed to look at the knitted covers twice. They’re very neat. If they were posted on another blog, I would have thought they were printed. Very nice.
